I’m a Gestalt Coach, author, TEDx speaker, Osteopath, Craniosacral therapist, and creator of The Andrea Method™ — a holistic approach that bridges psychology, nervous-system intelligence, body wisdom, and mindset transformation.
I was born in Germany, lived for several years in Egypt, and now call Cyprus home — a place where the sea, the sun, and simplicity remind me daily of what truly matters.
I’m a mother of two daughters with a beautifully wide age gap — a life journey that taught me how to hold space for growth, chaos, emotions, reinvention, and love simultaneously.
My path wasn’t linear — it was human.
I became a mother young, built a career while raising a child, ran a clinic, moved across countries more than once, navigated two marriages, and rebuilt myself — emotionally, professionally, and spiritually — with courage, optimism, and a commitment to truth.
Along the way, something became clear:
Transformation isn’t intellectual.
It’s cellular, relational, systemic, and deeply personal.
People have trusted me with their deepest truths since I was young — not because I had answers, but because I could feel people, see beneath the surface, and meet them without judgment. That intuitive ability eventually became my profession.
Over the past 18+ years, I’ve studied human behavior, trauma, somatics, Gestalt therapy, leadership psychology, subconscious patterns, and the wisdom of the body. But the greatest education came from life itself — from surviving, rebuilding, choosing again, and discovering beauty even in difficulty.
That is how The Andrea Method™ was born — not as a technique, but as a lived understanding of how people truly change.
Today, I work privately and confidentially with individuals who carry a lot — leaders, entrepreneurs, public figures, and everyday humans navigating pressure, transition, or emotional weight. My role isn’t to fix them, but to help them remember who they were before life demanded performance.
Because real transformation doesn’t happen when you try to become someone new —
it happens when you return to yourself.
My purpose is simple:
to be the safe space where that return becomes possible.
